Founded in 1906 in San Francisco, Coldwell Banker is one of the oldest and most prestigious real estate networks in the world. The story began after the great San Francisco earthquake, when Colbert Coldwell, a young real estate agent, decided to build a company founded on transparency, integrity and client satisfaction. In 1913 he was joined by Benjamin Arthur Banker, and together they laid the foundations of a new vision of real estate centred on trust and innovation.
Over the decades, Coldwell Banker expanded across the United States, becoming a leading force in residential and luxury real estate. In the 1980s and 1990s, the network went international across several continents, and since 2011, Coldwell Banker has established a presence in Europe, in Italy, in France and in Monaco, in Spain, in Ireland, in the United Kingdom, in Portugal, in Luxembourg, in Belgium and in Switzerland….

A rise towards excellence
The journey of the Agency formerly known as Allegrini Immobilier began in 2017, driven by Laetitia Allegrini, a real estate expert and a native of Balagne, her home region. With a strong academic background and extensive experience in property valuation, she decided to create her own agency in Ile-Rousse, with the ambition of offering quality service and refined expertise in the local market.
From the very beginning, the agency stood out for its professionalism and its rigour, enabling the completion of prestigious transactions. Word of mouth quickly contributed to its reputation, and the agency naturally established itself in the high-end market. In 2020, Roxane Pellegrini, a high-performing real estate advisor and Laetitia's cousin, joined the team, further strengthening the family identity and the expertise of the firm.
In August 2024, the agency was noticed by one of the largest international networks specialising in high-end real estate: Coldwell Banker.
Convinced that this opportunity represented a natural progression towards offering an ever more effective and tailored range of services to her discerning clientele, Laetitia Allegrini decided to join the network and to establish herself as the Coldwell Banker reference for the whole of Corsica.
A considerable challenge then arose. To rise to it, she partnered with her spouse, Stéphane Dolesi, a renowned real estate expert accredited by the Court of Appeal of Bastia. The agency then embarked on a strategic expansion, notably in the Bastia area, where another leading professional in the field, Fabrice Ronchi, a real estate expert for 20 years and a former colleague of Stéphane's, came to strengthen the team.
At the same time, an expansion is also under way in the Far South, around Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio, so that every micro-region of the island can benefit from the unique expertise and know-how of Coldwell Banker .
