A rise toward excellence

The story of the agency, formerly known as Allegrini Immobilier, began in 2017, driven by Laetitia Allegrini, a real estate expert and a native of Balagne, her home region. Backed by a solid academic grounding and extensive experience in property valuation, she decided to create her own agency in Ile-Rousse, with the ambition of offering a high-quality service and sharp expertise in the local market.

From the very beginning, the agency set itself apart through its professionalism and its dedication, enabling the completion of prestigious transactions. Word of mouth quickly contributed to its reputation, and the agency naturally established itself in the high-end market. In 2020, Roxane Pellegrini, an accomplished real estate advisor and Laetitia's cousin, joined the team, further strengthening the family identity and expertise of the firm.

In August 2024, the agency was spotted by one of the largest international networks specializing in high-end real estate: Coldwell Banker.

Convinced that this opportunity represented a natural progression toward offering an ever more effective and tailored range of services to her discerning clientele, Laetitia Allegrini decided to join the network and to establish herself as the Coldwell Banker reference for the whole of Corsica.

A significant challenge then began. To take it on, she partnered with her husband, Stéphane Dolesi, a renowned real estate expert with the Bastia Court of Appeal. The agency then embarked on strategic development, notably in the Bastia area, where another leading professional in the field, Fabrice Ronchi, a real estate expert for 20 years and a former associate of Stéphane, came to reinforce the team.

At the same time, development is also under way in the Far South, around Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio, so that every micro-region of the island can benefit from the unique expertise and know-how of Coldwell Banker .
